Dear North Enfield,
I hope everyone has had a good Easter and catch up with family and friends. I just want to drop everyone a quick line to say Happy Easter and......
- Remind everyone that our first work rota is next weekend. Please do pop along for an hour or two and do your bit to get us ready for the new season. Next weekend is Natwest Workforce weekend so bacon sarnies and tshirts await all helpers......
- We recently changed our affiliated club status to Middlesex from Hertfordshire. Several reasons for this, but one of the main ones is a fantastic discounted membership deal to all members to watch our home county at Lord's and outgrounds. Details are below, please reply direct to [email protected] and the application form is attached to the right of this mail. Here is James' mail.....
"I am delighted to announce that the Middlesex CCC Affiliated Membership is being offered again for the 2016 season.
The price remains as it was in 2015 with over 18’s being charged just £25 and under 18’s £10 for this type of membership. This membership entitles you to free entry to Middlesex CCC home matches at Lord’s and all out grounds. All restrictions of this membership are listed on the second page of the form which is attached.
*Please note during t20 matches at Lord’s the MCC will be allocating seats to tickets purchased in the public areas as they did in 2015. This means as members you will have to sit in the members areas of the ground and won’t be able to sit with non-Middlesex CCC members*.
To qualify for this membership your club must be affiliated to the Middlesex Cricket Board and have paid its subscription for the 2016 season and you must be a full time playing member of your club.
This year there is a deadline for your applications of Friday 29th April. Any form received after this time will unfortunately not be processed.
If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch,
Regards

I say it in every mail because it is true; NECC is as much your club as it is mine and all of us on Management. If you have any ideas, suggestions, observations or thoughts about anything re. North Enfield CC then please let me know.
Many thanks for reading my mails and with very best wishes
James
