I hope a few of you have had a chance to look at the new club shop. All feedback is welcome please....
Couple of things from me tonight. As our club is affiliated with with Middlesex, they offer our club Affiliated Membership to member clubs, a scheme which I have been championing for the past few years. There have been conflicting announcements this year, but the final stance is that the fee is £50 this year and it is open to all playing members of NECC (not just renewing). I think this is still good value as you can sit in the member stands at Lord's, plus a T20 ticket is £25 anyway. So if you go at least twice you have got your money's worth. Anyway, for anyone interested please click on the following link

Thanks to those who completed the poll that I posted in January. We had 13 responses out of 244 so can only hope that most people like the way the committee run the club. Anyway for those that did take the time I thank you. I asked Steve Gilmore to independently summarise the results which he did. We spoke about the suggestions last night at Management and will certainly bear them in mind in the coming months. Steve's summary can be found by clicking the PDF banner on the right of this mail.
Now please let that sun shine and let's play some cricket.....
I say it in every mail because it is true; NECC is as much your club as it is mine and all of us on Management. If you have any ideas, suggestions, observations or thoughts about anything re. our club then please let me know.
Many thanks for reading my mails and with very best wishes
James
