After a winter and spring of planning the season finally starts this weekend and for all juniors, it starts next week. Thankfully the change of weather is drying out our outfield so we are getting close to play the game we love. A few things from me.....
- If you have any doubts or questions about the coming season please ask me, someone on management or your child's coach. We are here to help so please use us!
- For several years Middlesex CCC have offered Affiliate Club Playing Membership to adults and juniors that I have advertised in my mails. This year they have changed the system and have written to renewing members direct. Any questions please mail[email protected]
- We have just learnt that Middlesex are running two separate half day ‘Coach Support Worker Courses’ soon. It is the first step on the coaching ladder and would be great to get some people registered as we could really do with some cover and additional help during the summer. The courses are being held on Sunday 22nd April and Sunday 13th May @ Middlesex Indoor Cricket School, Finchley. Time 13.00-19.00. The club will of course pay the fee. Can you please let me know if you are able to attend. We would really appreciate it!
- Thanks to all those that helped take down our old garages last weekend (I am still aching!). Our new far superior containers arrived today and will be moved to their final site next week. Special thanks to Andy Mac for getting everything organised.
I look forward to seeing you at Strayfield Road in the near future.....
I say it in every mail because it is true; NECC is as much your club as it is mine and all of us on Management. If you have any ideas, suggestions, observations or thoughts about anything re. our club then please let me know.
Many thanks for reading my mails and with very best wishes
James
