Happy New Year everyone! Let's all work together and continue to make positive steady progress both on and off the field in 2019.
Please find attached a letter from Owen to invite you to our AGM on 10th February, starting at 19.30.
Our AGM is the opportunity for all life, vice-presidents, full, social, student members and parents of our juniors to review all that has happened in 2018 and ask any questions, plus shape 2019. Please come along as is your right and have a say....
A little while ago I asked Richard Barber to conduct a full review of our Constitution as it had not been reviewed for many years and I was aware that many points were out of date, irrelevant and/or did not make sense. So after a full review I'm pleased to attach a new Constitution that we as a committee will ask the AGM to endorse. For info this has already been independently reviewed by the Middlesex Cricket Board and has been approved.
Please have a read through before the 10th and if you have any questions please address them to Richard/ myself or raise them on the night. I thank Richard for all the work he has undertaken and I am very pleased to recommend these to the club......
Please make every effort to attend the AGM, it is the most important date in our calendar and sets us up for another cricketing year at Strayfield Road.
I say it in every mail because it is true; NECC is as much your club as it is mine and all of us on Management. If you have any ideas, suggestions, observations or thoughts about anything re. our club then please let me know.
Many thanks for reading my mails and with very best wishes
James
